Return Eligibility
At BitchinB, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition.
- In the original packaging with tags attached.
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@bitchinb.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive your returned item.
Special Cases
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exceptions to the Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Gift cards.
- Sale items or products marked as final sale.
